Swimming Success at Inter Zone

The Year 5 boys relay team — by Urs Cunningham

Gracie, Freeman, Oliver, William and Harry represented Amesbury School at the Inter Zone swimming competition on Tuesday. 

They all swam amazingly well and we are really proud of their results. 

Gracie placed 2nd in her heat for 25m backstroke, and came 4th in her final. 

Freeman placed 1st in his heat for 25m freestyle, and came 2nd in the final. 

The Year 5 boys' relay team (William, Harry, Oliver and Freeman) placed 3rd in the final. 

Fabulous results, tamariki; we are all very proud of you.
