EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
I am planning a series of pre-Christmas pop-up shops in the Community Centre’s Small Meeting Room. I am looking at running these on Fridays in the lead up to Christmas probably from 12 – 6pm to capture a combination of ‘at home’ and commuting customers. If you are interested in being a pop-up shop at CPCC, please get in touch with me. This could be a great way to take orders for Christmas sales, gain exposure for your business, or just raise awareness of what you are up to. Charges for room hire will apply.

COMMUNITY NOTICES
  • ** Churton Park Revegetation Group ** - The first planting day at our Wingfield Reserve site is on Saturday 28 June commencing at 1pm. We will be receiving 160 plants from WCC.  Of these about 100 will go in the middle of the site, with about 30 as in-fills at both the north and south ends of the site. Tools and gloves are available, but feel free to bring your own. Please let John Morrison know if you intend to come so that tasks can be allocated as people arrive. Meet in the middle of the site, along the access track which starts near to the site sign and bus stop on Middleton Road. We had a successful morning on 6 June planting beside the top of the Stebbings Dam spillway, and were pleased to have 8 girls and 3 parents from Churton Park School come and help.
